The Broad MuseumI felt SO lucky to be able to visit The Broad while in LA. A contemporary Art Museum in Downtown LA, which is named after Philanthropist Eli Broad who financed the $140 Million building. What thrilled me most was seeing such iconic artworks by the likes of Roy Lichtenstein Andy Warhol Jeff Koons Keith Haring and Jean-Michael Basquat just to name a few. The museum its actually free to visit, though I do suggest to book your tickets online, so you can scoot to the front when arriving. Hosting, exhibitions that change often, to events and tours it is an ever changing home for art. It is a must do if you are a fan of art. You are also able to take photos of what you see which is rare with so many galleries these days. Be ready to see some of the most well known art out there. Also check out the gift store the you are there, they have some amazing items for purchase including limited edition artist items.
